There are two rosters in the same service; Please select your first preferred roster as you will have an opportunity to discuss both in the pre-screen interview. Please ensure you can work every shift in the roster as we are unable to adjust.
- Roster 1: Day Shifts @ 43 hrs per FN
- Roster 2: Mixed roster - 2 x overnight sleep shifts and 3 x day shifts @ 32 hrs per FN * A cert III in individual support is required

Key duties include:
- Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need?
- Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
- An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;
- Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is desirable;
- Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
