Our customers are all very individual and have varying needs. For this role, we are seeking an individual experienced with complex high-care needs including behaviours. Customers have a wide range of professional supports such as Bowel Care, Catheter, Epilepsy and
PEG feeding. Full training in their care plans is provided.
Multiple rosters are available. Please review the rosters to ensure you can commit to the hours included before applying. You will have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts in addition to these rosters if you are successful.

Key duties include:
- Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need?
- Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
- Significant personal care and domestic duties experience;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is desirable;
- Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
