This is an overnight sleep roster of 43 hours per fortnight over 5 shifts. Please review the roster to confirm your ability to work the shifts included before applying.

Key duties include:
- Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within customer residence;
- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need?
- Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
- Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
- Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
- Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
