Roster: Overnight sleep shifts, 7 shifts including 2 weekend shifts. Please review the roster to ensure you can commit to every shift before applying

Key duties include:

  • Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within customer residence;
  • Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
  • Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.

What you’ll need?

  • Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
  • Experience working with behaviour plans 
  • Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
  • Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
  • Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
  • Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
  • Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
