About the role

• Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
• Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
• Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
• Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.

The ideal candidate will:

• Cert III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) - essential
• Staff need to be comfortable taking customers to swimming
• Experience with bowel care and epilepsy would be beneficial
• Willingness to support customers of any gender by assisting with personal care (showering, toileting, medication administration) and domestic duties (meal preparation, housekeeping)
• Passion for providing service and assistance and helping others live their best lives
• Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
