About the job

This is a 9 month maternity cover position to work full time hours in our Property and Fleet team. Key duties: 

  • Administration support including and not limited to word-processing, report preparation, data entry and database maintenance, minute taking, and filing
  • Fleet database management
  • Review of all motor vehicle audits
  • Prepare reports and statistics for monthly meetings with management

What you need:

  • Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office skills
  • Well-developed time management
  • High attention to detail with ability to adapt in a changing operational environment
  • Proficiency in using various portals, technology and platforms
  • Experience working in administration roles
  • Ability to manage and resolve disputes 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
